Things You Should Know

If an appointment must be canceled or changed, we ask you to kindly give us at least 24-hours notice. Emergencies are accommodated during regular office hours whenever possible. Treatment instructions and prescription refills are handled only during office hours. All patient inquiries should be directed to our main phone number: (770) 977-7777.

It is the policy of the practice to expect payment at the time of service. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card - we accept VISA or MasterCard. Special financial arrangements may be made through our business manager in person or by calling our main phone number.

Patients are responsible for filing insurance for routine office visits; however, we will file on your behalf when cases involve surgery or new hospital consultations, provided that benefits are assigned to the physician. Patients are responsible for any co-payment or deductibles. Any outstanding bill for services will become the responsibility of the patient.
